  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) when you use the website

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory engagements, send executive insights you have asked for, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and run the business. We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to mailing lists you have not asked to be on.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information only to: our staff, contractors and authorised advisors operating under confidentiality obligations; regulators, auditors, or law enforcement where required by law; and parties to whom you have explicitly directed us to disclose information (for example, your own auditor).

Engagement work is treated as confidential by default. We do not name clients in marketing material without written permission.

Personal information is held on Australian hosted infrastructure where practicable, with access limited to those who need it for the engagement. We apply controls consistent with ISO 27001 and the Essential Eight. Engagement records are retained for the minimum period needed to meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
